Emerson starts services center in Rayong, Thailand

Emerson Process Management has started a 2450 square meter engineering and services center in Thailand’s Rayong to offer more local support of its increasing customer base in India and China. Emerson Process Management Asia Pacific’s president Sabee Mitra told that the new facility is a strategic investment to support Emerson's 5 year plan for the region. The program is concentrated on better connecting customers with their expertise, and backing them with best-in-class execution and services to solve their toughest business challenges.

Thailand, Indo and China are top manufacturers and exporters in the gas and oil, refining, chemical as well as power industries. Experts at Emerson engineering based at new facility would offer lifecycle services, integrated staging, and training for customers in Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam and Myanmar. Future expansion programs include ISO 17025 qualified calibration lab, a flow lab, as well as Quick Ship Repair capacities.

Comprehensive training at the new center would offer people active experience with Emerson's worldwide leading brands that include AMS Suite software, DeltaV and Ovation control systems, Rosemount measurement and analytical products, Daniel measurement as well as control solutions. The brand new plaza is also linked to Emerson's Distributed Experience Hub that offers real time and virtual access Emerson's full range of engineering expertise and solutions throughout the world.

Meanwhile, on Saturday, around thirty elephants rampaged a village in Khao Chamao district. The national park officials stated that the elephants raided the village in search of foods.
